Minimum order quantities vary by product category. For sake, the MOQ is typically 120 bottles; for craft beer, 240 cans or bottles; for gin, 60 bottles; and for whisky, 24 bottles. We can discuss flexible arrangements for first-time orders.
Shipping times depend on the destination. Sea freight typically takes 2-6 weeks, while air freight can be arranged for urgent orders at additional cost. We provide tracking for all shipments.
We prepare all required export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, health certificates, and any country-specific import permits or certifications.
Yes, we offer sample programs for serious buyers. Sample shipping costs are borne by the buyer, but sample product costs may be waived or credited against your first order depending on volume.
We accept bank wire transfers (T/T) and letters of credit (L/C) for international orders. Payment terms are typically 50% deposit with the balance due before shipment, though we offer flexible terms for established partners.
We handle export-side customs clearance from Japan. For import-side customs clearance, we work with trusted customs brokers in each destination country and can coordinate the process on your behalf.
