Customers may request suspension of use or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") of their personal information if it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or in other such cases.
The Company shall conduct necessary investigations and, when it determines that the request should be granted, shall carry out the suspension of use, etc. without delay.
However, when suspension of use, etc. would require significant expense or be otherwise difficult, and alternative measures can be taken to protect the rights and interests of the customer, such alternative measures shall be implemented.
Article 10 (Changes to Privacy Policy)
This Policy may be changed without notice to customers, except as otherwise provided by law. The revised Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
